A one year monthly agreement can be calculated by adding the per computer charges below together. The total would be your total monthly charge.

First Microsoft or Linux Server: $85 per month
- Additional Servers: $35 per month
- First Laptop Computer - Microsoft, Linux, or Mac: $75 per month
- Additional Laptop Computer: $29 per month
- First Desktop Computer - Microsoft, Linux, or Mac: $65 per month
- Additional Desktop Computers: $25 per month
The "First" computer fee is charged on the highest "First" fee for your organization, and each extra computer falls under the "Additional" categories. An example is if you have a server and laptops in your organization, you are charged the initial $85 per month for the server, but only $29 per month for the laptop. NOT $85 per month for the server and $75 per month for the laptop.
