Guarantees are as follows:
- On-Site service is 100% guaranteed for 30 days.
- Service done at headquarters is 100% guaranteed for 90 days.
- All parts are 100% guaranteed by us for 1yr., or by manufactures warranty if longer than 1yr.
- Computer systems are covered by manufactures warranty, or 100% guaranteed by us for 1yr if system is manufactured by Urban Tech. Systems manufactured by Urban Tech are serviced On-Site for hardware failure by Urban Techs.
